In-home newborn sessions
There’s something extra special about in-home newborn sessions — the calm, the comfort, and the way a family settles into their new rhythm together. This sweet family welcomed me into their cozy Kuna home to capture life with their newest little one — a baby boy surrounded by so much love (and one very proud big sister).
We started in the living room where soft light poured through the windows, perfect for those snuggly, in-between moments. From there, we moved to the master bedroom — where everyone piled on the bed for those beautifully unposed, real-life shots that show what life with a newborn really feels like.
One of my favorite parts of this session was stepping out onto their front porch swing. It was the perfect spot to end — big sister giggling beside mom and dad, baby tucked in safe and warm, and a family just soaking in their first days as four.
In-home newborn sessions like this are some of my favorites to photograph. There’s no rush, no pressure — just time to capture the beauty of everyday life in the place your family feels most at home.
